Independence Day Celebration

The 69th Independence Day was celebrated by the Pre-primary and Primary Sections of MCKV with great enthusiasm. Children from Montessori to Class II were dressed in white Kurta-Pyjama. To mark the celebrations, an assemblage of events, from patriotic songs to dances, took place. The tiny tots danced in harmony to the songs sung by our Junior Choir. The little ones enacted a skit based on theme, ‘Unity in Diversity’.

In order to instil a feeling of patriotism in the children, the teachers also organized various craft activities like making tricoloured badges, designing the National Flag by palm printing and so on. It was a rich learning experience for the children of the Pre-Primary and Primary Sections.
