Dear Parents,                                                                                                      

  1. As you are aware, the Final Assessment will begin on 27 February 2017, and will end on 8 March 2017 for the Junior School, and on 9 March 2017 for Senior School. Parents are advised not to plan journeys on the last day of exams as, given the uncertain times we live in, unexpected developments might necessitate the rescheduling of the final exams.
  2. The students of Class 5 onwards should come to school on Saturday, the 18 March 2017 at the usual time.  The answer scripts will be shown and school will give over at 3.00 p.m.

Montessori to Class IV: on Monday, the 20 March 2017 between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.

Classes 5 to 9 & 11: on Friday, the 24 March 2017 between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.

  1. Either of the parents is requested to come to collect the results along with the fee book of their ward. If they are not free, another person may be sent with an authorization letter and the fee book of the student concerned. Report cards will be given in the respective classrooms. RESULTS WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO STUDENTS, so they need not come on that day. If they accompany their parents, they must come to school in proper school uniform. The results of the Final Assessment will be FINAL and will not be altered under any circumstances. The school will not entertain any discussion on this matter.
  2. If a parent wishes to withdraw his ward/wards from the school, he/she can apply on or before 20 March 2017.  Any parent applying after 20 March 2017 needs to pay a month’s fee, i.e. tuition fee for April 2017. A transfer certificate will be issued on the basis of a written application after payment of all school dues and a charge of Rs. 50/- for the TC application form.

The School re-opens for Montessori & Nursery on Monday, the 3 April 2017, and will give over at:

           10.00 a.m. for Montessori
            10.30 a.m. for Nursery

The School re-opens for K.G. to Classes 10 & 12 on Tuesday, the 4 April 2017, and will give over at:

11.00 a.m. for K.G., I & II
11.30 a.m. for III to X & XII

There will be regular classes from Wednesday, the 5 April 2017 for KG to Classes 10 & 12.

  1. The ID cards of your ward of the current academic session will be taken back by the school on the last day of the final examination.
  2. New ID and Escort Cards (K.G. to IV) will be handed over to the parents on Result Day, i.e. 20 March 2017, only when the parents hand over the Escort Cards of the current academic session to the Class Teacher on that day.
  3. Attendance on closing and re-opening days is compulsory. The names of those students who remain absent after reopening of term will be struck off the rolls on 10/04/17 and the vacancies thus created will be given to wait-listed candidates. If a student is seriously ill and is unable to come to school on the re-opening day, either of his parents (not a messenger) must come to school on that day and submit an application supported by a medical certificate.
  4. Parents are advised NOT to send their wards to school when they are sick or infected with contagious diseases (conjunctivitis, jaundice, mumps, chicken pox, measles, etc).
  5. Summer vacation will start from Saturday, the 13 May 2017 and the school will re-open on Monday, the 12 June 2017.
  6. For the past few years, M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth has been awarding a Merit Scholarship of 50% of the tuition fees to the outstanding students of Classes I to IX and XI who secure a minimum aggregate of 90% as well as the first position in the Class among all the sections. In keeping with this enlightened practice, even this year, we will continue with our mission to encourage and inspire our students to work hard, and to show our appreciation for all those who have made commendable efforts throughout the year
  7. Class X students will also be eligible for a Merit Scholarship in Classes XI & XII on the following basis:
      Aggregate average in the range of 95% and above:  merit scholarship of 30% of the tuition fees.
      Aggregate average in the range between 90% and less than 95%: merit scholarship of 25% of the tuition fees.
  8. Textbooks, exercise books, stationery articles and uniform will be available from the school as per the following schedule.

  1. Those who fail to buy the books for any serious reasons on the mentioned dates may come to school on Thursday, the 30 March 2017 between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. to deposit booklist and cash. The delivery of these materials will be held on Friday, the 31 March 2017 from the school between 12 noon and 3 p.m.
  2. Parents are requested to pay the fee for the month of April 2017 before collection of books and stationery, and to produce the fee book while collecting these.
  3. From 01 April 2017, shoes prescribed for Nursery to Class 12 will be available only at school on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
