19th Installation Ceremony of Interact Club of MCKV

On 29 August 2025, Interact Club of M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth held its 19th Installation Ceremony, marking the formal induction of the new board for the 2025–2026 term while honouring the contributions of the outgoing team.

The occasion was graced by Chief Guest, Rotarian Nilanjan Sen (District Interact Committee Co-Chairperson), Guest of Honour, Rotarian Sharad Duggar (President, Rotary Club of Belur), other eminent guest Past District Governor of Rotary, Rotarian Ravi Sahegal, along with distinguished Rotarians, Mr Neelkantha Gupta, Director, MCKV, and Mr Abhay Kejriwal, Trustee, MCKV Group.

The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by a warm welcome of the dignitaries and the unveiling of the club’s annual newsletter, The Awakening, showcasing the club’s achievements from the past year.

Outgoing President, Itr. Rishu Kumar Singh, reflected on the highlights of his 2024–2025 tenure before handing over the collar pin to Incoming President, Itr. Nihal Rathi, symbolising the transfer of leadership. The transition was formally endorsed by our Chief Guest, who conferred the Interact Club Charter upon the new President. The newly inducted board members were introduced and adorned with their respective badges of office amidst applause.

In his inaugural address, Itr. Nihal Rathi shared his vision for the year ahead, with a focus on expanding the club’s social impact. Past District Governor Mr Sahegal, urged the club to plan farsighted and efficient projects for community welfare. Chief Guest Mr Sen reinforced the importance of the Interact movement, while Guest of Honour encouraged collaboration with the Rotary Club of Belur. Director, Mr Neelkantha Gupta, emphasised nurturing social responsibility among students as an integral part of holistic education, extending his best wishes to the new team.

The event concluded with a soulful instrumental performance and a vote of thanks delivered by Secretary, Itr. Raghav Maheshwari, marking the beginning of a promising new chapter for the Interact Club of MCKV.
