A Session on Positive Parenting for the Parents of the Foundational Stage

Positive parenting is often the key for expanding a child's life and capabilities, supporting their sense of happiness. With the intent of nurturing happy and healthy citizens of the future, an interactive session on Positive Parenting was conducted in the month of October 2023 for the parents of Classes 1 and 2 by Ms Priti Mall, the Foundational Stage Coordinator and Ms Sawon Mukherjee, Asst. Coordinator of Foundational Stage. Parents were briefed about the parenting goals and the need to inculcate discipline without focusing on the negatives among the children. Through presentations and videos, they were made aware of how to help their wards become responsible and develop strong emotional bonds with their parents and teachers and foster a sense of love for school.
The session was much appreciated by our parents, and we believe that the session will prove immensely beneficial in the long run.
