An Interactive Session with Class 10 Students

The life of a 21st century student is driven by competitions. Giving in to societal and peer pressure, and often due to uninformed ideas, students end up picking a stream or career that is not suitable for them.

In order to help our students overcome this confusion, the Wellness Centre of M. C.  Kejriwal Vidyapeeth organized a session on Goal Setting and Decision Making for the students of Class 10 on 29 November 2023.  The team members of Human Learning System (HLS) India along with MCKV School Counsellors conducted an effective session for students to have more comprehensive ideas of their strengths and interests. Students were introduced to the various career options available depending on their choice of stream. Boys were administered the globally accepted Learning Style Inventory and were handed out booklets which would help them recognize the way they prefer to process, understand and retain information.

The session ended with the question and answer segment where students shared their doubts. We hope the session would make it possible for our students to explore their potentials and plan for their better future.
