An Interactive Session with the Parents of Class 10 with special focus on ICSE 2025

On 8 October 2024, the school hosted an interactive session at Malay Manch for the parents of Class 10. The session was initiated by Mr Biswajit Majumdar, Headmaster, who outlined the school’s upcoming academic initiatives aimed at ensuring thorough preparation for the ICSE 2025 examinations.
Ms Gargi Mukherjee, the Secondary Stage Coordinator( Classes 9 and 10), provided detailed insights into the key measures being implemented. These include merit-based section changes, additional classes focused on exam preparation, and the introduction of formal mock tests.
Ms Sanchita Sarkar, Secondary Stage Coordinator( Classes 11 and 12), advised parents to carefully consider the consequences of enrolling their children in dummy schools, highlighting the benefits of continuing their education at their home school such as Merit Scholarships and reduced school hours.
The session concluded with parents agreeing to take an active role in supporting their children’s academic journey. The initiatives are set to be implemented very soon and would prove invaluable in bolstering student’s academic performance.
