Beyond the Horizons: The Class 12 Farewell Programme

Amidst a whirlwind of emotions, on 19 January 2024, the Management, teachers and students of Class 11 gathered to extend their heartfelt wishes as the ISC Batch of 2024 prepares to spread their wings and take flight into the great unknown.

Following the customary lighting of the lamp, Mr Neelkantha Gupta, Director, wished good luck to the ISC 2024 batch and expressed his gratitude to the boys for being a part of the MCKV family. Dr Parthasarathi Chakraborty, CEO, in his address highlighted how farewell is not the end, but the beginning of a new journey. Be it the peppy dance, or the soulful musical presentation, each performance was really admirable. The rap on school life was an absolutely unique as it took the students on a journey, from the awkward first day at school to the impending goodbye. Laughter and happiness echoed through the auditorium as the quiz on teachers unfolded. The recitation also deserves a special mention. Uday Kumar Bansal, the School Captain, took the stage for the final act-the vote of thanks as a school student.

As the applause faded, and all stood looking at each other, the boys knew that this farewell was not just another event; it was a chapter closing, a family forged, and memories that would always remain with them like the beat of a favourite song.
