Humanizing School Discipline-Moving from Casual to Causal Approach-An interactive session at MCKV

It is really urgent for all the educational institutions to ponder on the issues of discipline and find solutions to give perfect shapes to the characters of our students as they are the future citizens of our society. Upholding this spirit, an interactive session was conducted for all the teaching staff members titled ‘Humanizing School Discipline-Moving from Casual to Causal Approach’ by Mr Biswajit Majumdar, Headmaster, MCKV. The session emphasized on finding out the discipline gaps in the present scenario in the school environment.The best part of the session was that the staff members took part in the discussion, identified relevant issues and shared their opinions. They also took part in an activity based on dramatization to visualize and perceive various problems that the teachers face each day in the school and shared ideal ways to resolve them so that the children enjoy the school life as school is the foundation of our society.

The points discussed in the session will surely help the teachers equip themselves to shape the future of the students making each school day a memorable one.
