Seven Scouts of M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth — Aayushman Jaiswal (9 B), Vaibhav Goel (11 D), Sarthak Garg (11 D), Kushal Parakh(9 A), Vishesh Garg (9 E), Amrit Raj Singh (8 D) and Ayushman Sharma (9 B) attended the 19th National Jamboree held from 23 to 29 November 2025 in Lucknow. The week-long camp offered them an authentic scouting experience as they lived in tents, managed their routines independently, and learnt invaluable lessons in teamwork, discipline, and responsibility.
The scouts explored all three major activity zones. In the Intellectual Zone, they engaged in problem-solving tasks and visited the AI & IT Hub. The Adventure Zone proved the most thrilling, featuring sky cycling, rappelling, and rope activities. The Friendship Zone enabled cultural exchanges with Scouts from across the country and lively campfire interactions.
Each participant earned five to eight badges and took part in Pioneering, Physical Display, and the March Past. A particularly proud moment was representing the West Bengal Contingent before the Hon’ble President of India, the Hon'ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh, and the Chief Ministers of Uttar Pradesh and Manipur. Visits to the Global and WAGGGS Villages, taking part in climate-action initiatives and police and army exhibitions, further enhanced their experiential learning.
The diverse thematic zones, hands-on engagements, and real-world demonstrations deepened their understanding of technology, culture, sustainability, and national security. This enriching journey helped the MCKV scout group grow into more responsible, aware, dynamic, and confident individuals.
