Admissions are now open for Class XI for the session 2022-2023.

The Registration process for admissions is purely online and will have to be completed on www.mckv.edu.in. Registration will begin from 25/01/2022.

 1. Admission criteria and conditions

  • Admissions will be granted on merit.
  • Applications will be invited from all students who are going to appear for ICSE/CBSE/MADHYAMIK Examination 2022.
  • Applications will be invited from students who have qualified in English Plus four subjects as per the Council pass criteria in their Semester I Examination ICSE 2022/ CBSE 2022/ Selection Test of Madhyamik 2022
  • Students opting for Science subjects will have to appear for an offline Admission Test in the following subjects- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
  • The Final list will be prepared on the basis of Admission Test results (only for candidates selecting Science subjects)Merit, Offline Interaction, Semester I Examination ICSE 2022/ CBSE 2022/ Selection Test of Madhyamik 2022, Conduct, Co-curricular Activities, etc.
  • The final list of candidates other than Science subjects will be prepared on the basis of Merit, Offline Interaction, Semester I Examination ICSE 2022/ CBSE 2022/ Selection Test of Madhyamik 2022, Conduct, Co-curricular Activities, etc.
  • Students will be offered Bengali / Physical Education / Business studies/ Psychology/ History/ Geography/ Political Science provided a minimum number of 10 students apply for the same.
  • Students who were issued Transfer Certificate by the School authorities at any point of time need not apply. If applications are received from such students, they will be rejected and the School authorities will not take any responsibility for the consequences.
  • Outstation candidates will not be considered for admissions.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after receiving the pass certificate of ICSE 2022.
  • For students from other boards, admission will be confirmed only after council confirms the eligibility.

2. The following subject choices are available:

English compulsory

Groups:

  • Physics/ Psychology
  • Biology / Economics
  • Mathematics / Business Studies / History
  • Accountancy / Geography
  • Commerce / Political Science / Chemistry
  • Second Language / Physical Education/Computer Science 
  • You need to select English + any five subjects and if you choose Science subjects only, then English + any four subjects need to be selected.
  • Choose any five groups/ four groups mentioned above and select only one subject from the groups you have chosen.

3. Documents required for Admission:

  • Soft copy of the following documents; (File size of the image must be less than 100 kb for each document).

  • Admit Card/ Birth Certificate of a child.
  • Semester I Examination ICSE 2022/ CBSE 2022/ Selection Test of Madhyamik 2022.
  • Photographs (one each for the child, the child’s mother and the child’s father).
  • Signature of father and mother
  • Aadhar Card of the child and parents.
  • Blood Group report of the child.
  • Proof of residential address (Aadhar Card/Ration Card/Voter Identity/Passport/latest Electricity Bill/latest BSNL Landline Telephone Bill). In case of rented house, photocopy of lease deed/rent agreement/rent receipt to be submitted.
  • Proof of parents’ Income Certificate (Salary Slip / Income Tax returns).
  • SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable).
  • Any legal document pertaining to marriage status or adoption of child.
  • Legal documents pertaining to legal guardianship status (if applicable).

4. Instructions for completing the online registration form:

STEP 1:

Please visit the school website (www.mckv.edu.in) on 25/01/2022 and click on ‘ADMISSION’ Portal available on the home page.

       a) Click on Download Prospectus to download prospectus.

       b) Click on New User, click here to Register! option to register.

After you click on New User, Click here to Register, you will be directed to www.admissiontree.in, an ABP venture with whom the school has tied up for registration purpose.

STEP 2:

Click on Apply Now in the Admission Tree page, create your account and fill up the details as per the fields shown.

STEP 3:
Proceed to the transaction page and make the Online Payment
(Application fee and convenience fee) through the payment gateway of Admission Tree.

STEP 4:
An auto generated email will be sent to your registered
email ID from Admission Tree.

STEP 5:
Open the email received and click on the link for filling up the detailed School’s Registration Form.

STEP 6:
Applicants are required to sign up with their registered mobile number and Payment Transaction ID number to access the Registration Form from the Admissions Portal on the school website (www.mckv.edu.in).

STEP 7:
Open the Registration Form by clicking on the 'Registration Form' button at the end of this page.

STEP 8:
Read and accept the Undertaking by clicking the 'I agree' button.

STEP 9:
Complete the Registration Form correctly, carefully and accurately by providing all the information asked for.  If you plan to complete the form later, you need to EXIT the page by clicking on the LOG OUT BUTTON on the top right corner of the web page.

STEP 10:
After filling up all the pages in the form, click on the 'Submit' button to submit your form.

STEP 11:
Once you submit your form, a unique Form Token Number will be generated and sent to your email address.

STEP 12:
Upload the required documents mentioned under Point No.3, wherever asked for in the Registration Form, click on submit button to upload the documents (File size of the image must be less than 100 kb for each document).

STEP 13: Once the required documents are uploaded, you can click on the 'View Status' tab at the bottom of the page for the following:

  • Enter the Form Token Number and access the Registration Form.
  • Print the Registration Form in Portrait mode on A4 size paper. (Do not overwrite on the printed Registration Form. Overwriting may lead to rejection of the registration).
  • Please keep the printed Registration Form with the documents specified on Page 3 of the Registration Form ready for submission. (You are advised to keep a copy of the completed Registration Form for future reference.)
  • Please make sure that the form is duly signed.
  • Do not fold the form after printing.
  • Registration does not imply admission.

5. Guidelines for form submission and processes thereafter:

You are requested to submit the Registration Form along with photocopies of the relevant documents attested by the parent, the original documents must be produced for verification. It will be returned after verification. The printed registration form must be submitted at the submission desk in the school premises from:
11 March 2022 onward (Monday to Friday) except on holidays.

  • Duly completed Registration Form.
  • Self-attested photocopy of the Admit Card/ Birth Certificate of a child.
  • Self-attested photocopy of the Semester I Examination ICSE 2022/ CBSE 2022/ Selection Test of Madhyamika 2022.
  • Three recent stamp size colour photographs to be affixed wherever indicated (one each for the child, the child’s mother and the child’s father).
  • Medical Form (Page no.4 of the Registration form), with Doctor’s full name stamp and registration number with all relevant reports like
  • Photocopy of the Aadhar Card of the child and parents.
  • Self-attested proof of residential address (Aadhar Card/Ration Card/Voter Identity/Passport/latest Electricity Bill/latest BSNL Landline Telephone Bill). In case of rented house, photocopy of lease deed/rent agreement/rent receipt to be submitted.
  • Self-attested copy of parents’ Income Certificate (Salary Slip / Income Tax returns). Income proof should match the amount mentioned in the Registration Form.
  • SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable).
  • Any legal document pertaining to marriage status or adoption of child.
  • Legal documents pertaining to legal guardianship status (if applicable).

After submission, you will receive an Acknowledgement Slip from the submission desk.

Please note: Acknowledgement Slip must be produced at the time of the Admission Test for Science subjects and interaction with the school authorities.

A. Candidates selecting other than Science subjects:

  • There will be an Interactions with the School Authorities for the candidates selecting subjects other than Science subjects.
  • Both parents along with the child must be present for the interaction on the stipulated date and time. Since the process involves interacting with the School Authorities, both parents must be dressed formally.
  • On the basis of the interaction session and the documents submitted with the Registration Form, intimation will be sent to the parents of candidates selected for admission on 28/03/2022 on your registered email ID and mobile number indicating the date of the provisional admission.
  • Once you receive an intimation for admission on your email address and an SMS on your registered mobile number.
  1. You will be required to click on the Admission Portal and entered with your registered mobile number and Transaction ID to pay the online Admission Charges.
  2. To pay the online Admission Charges, you need to click on the Pay Admission Fees button provided on the top of the page.

B. Candidates selecting Science subjects:

  • The admission process involves Admission Test for candidates selecting Science subjects which will be held on 23 March 2022 (Wednesday).
  • Syllabus for Admission Test will be based on syllabus of Semester II Examination ICSE 2022 (Please visit the Council’s website www.cisce.org for the same).
  • There will be an Interaction for the candidates on the basis of their performance in the Admission Test held on 23/03/2022. An intimation to the selected candidates will be sent through an email to your valid e-mail address on 24 March 2022 (Thursday) for the Interaction with the School Authorities.
  • Both parents along with the child must be present for the interaction on the stipulated date and time. Since the process involves interacting with the School Authorities, both parents must be dressed formally.
  • The candidates who, opting for Science subjects could not qualify in the Admission Test can opt for other subjects.
  • On the basis of the interaction session and the documents submitted with the Registration Form, an intimation will be sent to the parents of candidates selected for admission on 28/03/2022 on your registered email ID and mobile number indicating the date of the provisional admission.
  • Once you receive an intimation for admission on your email address and an SMS on your registered mobile number.

6. After the declaration of the Board results:

The following documents need to be submitted at the school reception,

  • Self-attested photocopy of the Board result.
  • Self-attested photocopy of the Pass Certificate.
  • Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate & Migration Certificate (if applicable) in original.

7. Fees for the session 2022-2023:

  • Approximate Admission Charges: Rs. 44000/- (To be paid Online)
  • Approximate Monthly Fees        :  Rs. 4500/-
  • The registration does not imply any guarantee for admission.

a) Please note that after your child is admitted to the school, if it is found out that information provided by you at the time of admission was false or inaccurate, the child’s admission will be summarily cancelled.
b) The Admissions Committee is solely responsible for processing applications and finalizing the selection of candidates. Decisions once taken by the Admissions Committee cannot be altered.
c) Any attempt at seeking admission through dubious means such as offering donations, trying to take recourse to recommendation and/or influence will automatically debar the candidate from  admission to this school.  Parents are cautioned against self-appointed agents claiming to act on behalf of the school. The school does not appoint any such agents.
d) Any discrepancy/deficiency in the Registration Form will automatically disqualify the candidate.
e) Fees paid at the time of registration and admissions are non-refundable.
