Special Assembly to mark the farewell of Ms Sunita Sarkar

A special morning assembly was held on 10 October 2025 to bid an emotional adieu to Ms Sunita Sarkar, a beloved teacher of the Preparatory Stage, who has been an integral part of the MCKV family since 1999. Ms Kathika Dasgupta, her co-teacher beautifully traced Ms Sarkar’s remarkable journey through the years. She fondly described  Sunita Ma'am as someone who truly embodies the three Ps — Politeness, Patience, and Perfection.

As a mark of love and gratitude, Ms Sarkar was felicitated by Chairman, Mr  Kishan Kumar Kejriwal, and Director, Mr Neelkantha Gupta, followed  by Preparatory Stage Coordinator, Ms Shuvra Nundon. In her heartfelt address, Sunita Ma'am reflected on her long and fulfilling journey at MCKV, expressing deep gratitude towards the Management, her colleagues, staff, and students who had made her years memorable. Concluding on an emotional note, she said, “Forget me not,” leaving everyone deeply moved and nostalgic.

The assembly also marked World Mental Health Day, observed globally on 10 October. On this occasion, Barghav Amar Gupta of Class 11B addressed the gathering, speaking about the importance of mental health and emotional well-being reminding everyone that caring for the mind is just as vital as nurturing the body.
