Van Mahotsav Celebrations at M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth

With an intent to instill a sense of environmental responsibility and social accountability along with raising awareness about tree plantation, Van Mahotsav was celebrated in our school on 9 July 2024. Chairman, Mr Kishan Kumar Kejriwal, Director, Mr Neelkanta Gupta, Principal, Ms  Mallika Mukherjee , Headmaster, Mr Biswajit Majumdar along with the Foundational Stage students and teachers took part in a sapling plantation drive in the school premises.  

Students of Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Kindergarten were taught how to take care of nature and were taken on a nature walk where they enjoyed themselves amidst the lush greenery of the school campus. Pre-Nursery students were absolutely thrilled to water plants in the children’s park.

We believe this tiny step taken by the students of M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth to safeguard nature would leave a positive impact on the environment.
