MCKV celebrates Good Health and Well-being Week

Published on: 11 Apr 2025

From 7 to 12 April, 2025 students of Nursery to Class 5 of M. C.  Kejriwal Vidyapeeth joyfully observed Good Health and Well-being Week. The activities designed all through the week were in alignment with  SDG Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being.

Nursery to UKG students were sensitised to healthy meals and good habits through engaging discussions. The little ones participated enthusiastically in activities like hand washing, breathing exercises, and the Healthy Tiffin Challenge.

Classes 1 and 2 watched an informative PowerPoint presentation on healthy food and habits. Following which, Class 1 expressed their learning through drawings of healthy food, and Class 2 brought nutritious tiffins reflecting their understanding.

While Class 3 brought sprout salads, learning about protein-rich diets, Class 4 treated themselves  to colourful fruit salads, appreciating essential vitamins and minerals. Class 5 demonstrated their commitment to lead a healthy life by bringing only oil-free dishes like poha, idli, and sandwiches, all through the week.

Students across classes spoke about the benefits of eating healthy. Teachers guided meaningful conversations on balanced diets and well-being. The celebration was both fun and transformative, reinforcing the message — “Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy, Live Well.”
