Notices for resuming school (Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Kindergarten)

For Pre-Nursery to Nursery

Dear Parents,
As per the directives of the WB Govt., we stopped offline classes from 17 to 21 April 2023, and started online classes in order to maintain continuity in the teaching-learning process.
According to the weather forecast, climatic conditions are likely to improve this week.
Hence, keeping our students’ overall progress and development in mind, and to ensure that their regular studies are not hampered, the school has decided to resume classes with shortened timings from Tuesday, 25 April 2023 until further notice.

The new schedule is:
Reporting time for the students of Pre-Nursery and Nursery: 7.30 a.m.

Dispersal time: 9.30 a.m.

You are requested to inform the carpool drivers and instruct them to collect your ward at the right time.
Please note that the new schedule is subject to change at short notice if fresh Govt. directives require us to do so.

For KG

The new schedule is:
Reporting time for the students of Kindergarten: 7.30 a.m.
Dispersal time: 11.15 a.m.
You are requested to inform the carpool drivers and instruct them to collect your ward at the right time.
Please note that the new schedule is subject to change at short notice if fresh Govt. directives require us to do so.

Updated dispersal timings:
Pre-Nursery and Nursery :9:30 a.m.
KG to Class 2 : 11:15 a.m.
Classes 3, 4, 8, 9, 10: 11.50 a.m.
Classes 7, 11 and 12 : 11.55 a.m.
Classes 5 and 6: 12 noon
