Voluntary Blood Donation Camp

Blood the fluid of life is RED regardless of race, belief  or colour. With a  true altruistic spirit M.C.Kejriwal Vidyapeeth in association with Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre and Research Institute organized a Blood Donation Camp at the School campus on 24th July 2021. This initiative was a part of the twenty five year celebration of M.C.Kejriwal Vidyapeeth. The entire blood donation drive was conducted by the Blood  Bank of the Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre and Research institute. The chief guest for this Blood Donation Drive was, Dr. Arnab Gupta , Director and Professor, Department of Surgical Oncology, Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre and Research institute, Thakurpukur Kolkata. The entire drive was organised with the support and philanthrophy of  MCKV Chairman,  Shri Kishan Kumar Kejriwal. 127 members  of the entire MCKV conglomerate donated blood voluntarily.The entire process was conducted , following strict Covid protocols. The event served to inculcate a sense of responsibility in the community and to sensitize ourselves in aiding the indigent. The Blood Donation Drive serves to thank the voluntary blood donors for their life  saving gift of blood donation.
