Interact Club

“Man lives in deed not in years” – keeping this noble thought in mind, interact club of M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth sponsored by Rotary Club of Belur started a great voyage in the realms of social service in the year 2007. The club started the journey in the mission for serving the society in the best possible manner. The club has curved a niche by actively participating in multifarious fruitful social service projects to make our students responsible citizens. Our school is the first and only school in Howrah to register its name in the banner of highly prestigious Interact movement for young people.
Our club has adopted Dinantey, an oldage home and the Interactors keep visiting the aged residents through out the year be it Bengali new year, Mahalya,Rakhi etc. During Durga Puja they are taken out for wonderful puja parikrama also. The children of Disha, our night school and Balvikas Kendra, are also looked after, entertained and trained on various occasions. The club also shows deep concern by organizing various rallies, campaigns, thematic weeks just to name a few. In a nutshell, Interact club of M.C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth engraves the sense of social commitment into the minds of toddlers to the young gentlemen of our school.Infact, the club emerges as the best Interact club every year in Annual Interact Meet at the District level for carrying our excellent projects in various categories.
